When we began, the OTA had a manual process for campaigns, and very little data on the effectiveness of their retail media marketing, which at the time was limited to email and social media.

When we began, the OTA, despite already having a significant volume of partners and media revenues, had manual processes across all the campaign stages, and very little data to activate their audiences or to show effectiveness of their retail media marketing to its partners, which at the time was limited mostly to email and social media. Platform195 started by implementing a new suite of media solutions for on-site and off-site, including sponsored listings, on-site display, email, social programmatic, connected TV and digital Out of Home. Our proprietary Uplift Ads and Uplift Hub transformed the creation and delivery of retail media assets, streamlining the process and making it easy to track success through an accessible data dashboard. Through the automation of all campaign stages, namely through one click reporting capabilities, the OTA managed to successfully scale the volume of the campaigns under management, to hundreds per quarter, taking in smaller budgets from the mid-long tail of partners, that ultimately came to represent as much revenue as the traditional bigger advertisers. To complement this, Platform 195 equipped the OTA with a full suite of creative solutions to offer to bigger partners, such as influencer marketing, social media competitions or content creation. These new solutions made it possible for the OTA to bring their campaign management in house, leading to efficiencies across the board. With our help, the OTA quadrupled their partnership revenue with an impressive 65% margin, and increased the size of their details with larger partners by 150%, all within two years.
